This week in June.

The week kicked off with Chef Table for delegates from Berlin. I had scheduled Vernon to capture some main dishes which included Hot Smoked Kumkuat Crusted Salmon Fillet, Lentils Masala; XO Glazed Chicken Galantine, Fava Beans Mash; Organic Cress. We some pictures especially so after the Executive Chef, Edmund Toh took the helm of our Food and Beverage Services.

Second last photography for this week featuring Ms Connie, our make-up artist, giving Daniel a touch-up. She was with us during our video production with Freeflow last year. She's here again and we get to have lunch and get to know more about each other etc.

Last but not least, my very own cupcake. I managed to gather my courage and buy one yesterday. I can't remember when was my last. One thing for sure, nothing beats English scones with clotted cream and jam! I demolished this cupcake after my exercise routine.
